no doubt, the juice abounds! frankly, its hard to believe you can lift natty and get to his physique, BUT, i do find his reasoning for long rest periods (42-96 hours depending on intensity & volume) to be compelling.

localized recovery can occur quickly (e.g. in a spec muscle group), but a heavy & high volume day is very taxing on your central nervous system. without enough time to fully recover, you won't make the gains you're after
