What is the best way to post images on Nostr? Upload it to nostr.build first and then post a link or use some web client?

I use https://postimages.org a lot, delete after a day option is nice, and remove option is nice
coracle.social and nostrgram.co have image upload
A lot of the apps can do this automatically in app. I know Nostros and Amethyst can on Android, and I'm pretty sure Damus on ios can as well.
