They have said they won't be sending them to the US or Canada due to our "chicken taxes". Apparently they are referring to all of our safety regulations above and beyond the rest of the planet.
If they did bring this here, at 12K for a brand new truck I would likely buy one just to have an "extra vehicle". It looks very functional to me.
