Hmm.. Still there is no evidence that the Houthis did actually deliberately cut/damage the cables.

Maybe just another false flag to have a reason for bombing... just saying. After the NYT article about the CIA having been involved in covered operations against Russia in Ukraine since 2014 and the recently leaked telco by German officers I'm even more skeptical when hearing such things.
