nope... it's pretty hard to find stuff that hasn't been soaked in nasty nitrate salts these days too, on top of it's baseline crappiness

Yeah, I look for meats now not treated with nitrates or nitrites.

As for shrimp, I like them but hate when they haven't been de-💩ed! I guess that's extra protein or something, but 🤮!
