Does it need to be an ETF? Would a simple Bitcoin only exchange like nostr:npub1k6r9ew8j766dvpmxgl0x586yhqvrf8ux5h7uk3ua74wjk98sjdwqgyhwg7 be acceptable? (I don't know of US equivalents). That way they don't have ongoing management fees, and it's easy to withdraw the asset directly once they have had time to learn and appreciate it.
