One Gallon of Basic Mead:
3lbs Honey
2g yeast
Heat water to 100f, dissolve honey. Cool to 70f and add hydrated yeast
Ferment for 3 weeks. Rack and rest for 3 weeks. Bottle and sit for 2 weeks.
