I totally get where you are coming from and I may change my listed prices to be in XMR. It does shift the frame of reference.
My listings are currently priced in US dollars... so, not cool, I guess.
Yeah, not cool. LOL. If you are needing a little bit more stability, then what I would suggest doing is to use a simple moving average instead of a specific market price. That way you know how much you're going to get and you can adjust your prices slowly over time.
