2 drinks a night for men seems high. I would think 2 drinks a week or a month would be where people should be at….. or don’t drink alcohol.

Yeah definitely ppl should not start drinking alcohol or drink more if they don’t already. The debate is on how much flavonoids and other antioxidants in alcohol benefit your health versus the other risks of the negative impacts of alcohol. I would think it has to do with each person’s gut microbiome which we will prob find out when there are more studies on gut microbiome + cardiovascular disease
