I am not sure I would include Email as it is to cumbersome for most to host yourself and Protonmail and Tutanota collect data on you that might be useful and used to expose people. Especially in the conditions Venezuela finds itself currently.
The same applies to Bitcoin. People need maximum protection at ease and that is Monero.
In that regard I'd also recommend Garnet an Amethyst fork that can handle Monero and LN zaps.
Which is the mist rasiestway to bring money where it is needed the most.
Bitcoiners pride often stands in the way of the mist secure solution. Recommending the wrong tools will endanger your brothers.
I use Moreno myself and have an account on Garnet. But I tried to give the easiest gateaway for people. I find myself in a cornerstone: give people freedom but practical options or being purists. I have chosen the first one.
