yeah it alert when confirmed paid ticket - it never SENDs alert to those who participated as CC: @npubxxxxx - that feature should be nice

It does send alerts, I guess #[2] received quite a few in the last draw because I kept on increasing the stakes
right but after the draw is finished final alert is important
