TIME

The original design for HOP was to establish a universal time standard around unix timestamps. This is just too complex to hold. However, each network experiment will test the time standard and how to map that to the data source. This seems more achievable. There is so much that can be done with a time series. Averages to signal processing to autoregressions to machine learning. HOP is operational with this setup and provides a base for two or more peers to collaborate.
