Hardware wallets are good for storage of up to ten years, but if you want to store your Bitcoin for longer than ten years, I wouldn't recommend using any digital device.

That’s more realistic

It's trivial to generate a paper wallet, print it out, and engrave the private key on a sheet of metal. This will last long enough to pass on to your children.

Yeah I have a key stack metal for the real storage. Cold and is nice for storage as well.

These are a legit way to do it. But you could also just buy an alphanumerical punch set from Harbor Freight for a few bucks and stamp your private key onto any piece of metal that you want.
