Huh...wait...found a taco soup, but wasn't yours...and search for "creamy taco soup" came up with nothing... 😟

But the other recipe does look good too....

That worked (thanks). Ok--but my wife can't stand cilantro...any recommended substitutions?

You could simply leave it out, or add a different herb like parsley.
