imho we can reuse kinds 1 for poasts and 1111 replies. the only new kinds the NIP needs are 9 for chat and group/moderation actions.

what if people take the kind 1 and post them in the normal feed?

That's not a problem if it's clear to what relay(s) the kind 1 was targeted.

In fact that makes it a discovery mechanism.
