What do we do if it's the women complaining that she wants the keep behaving like a teenager and the men is too responsible for her because he doesn't want to waste money and wants to take care of the kids? Should we throw her out?

It could a long road to reform her but could be worth the effort. I’d recommend introducing spanking for bad behavior and make it your responsibility to make sure the rules are followed.
