Bitcoin lore question.
What's with the -xbt suffix? Some exchanges use it as the ticker. Cos it's treated as a currency? Is there some sort of ideological difference for those using it over BTC? I do quite like 'XBT', it's quite sexy 😳 exotiiiquuue ooh lala
standard for currencies that are not tied to a country start with x like the gold ticker
