It's air roasted by one of the best roasters in the world who is super selective about the beans he sources! It's some of the most caffeinated coffee you can get naturally because the beans aren't burnt. It's very smooth with no bitterness. I have dark roast (Well done) but lighter roasts actually have more caffeine because they are exposed to less heat during the roast.

Its so hard to find that type of quality coffee, I'm jealous. I have a friend who is into light coffee and according to him, with dark coffee you can easily hide most imperfections, but with light coffee you need to have selected the beans properly for a good taste
