We have access to a lot of beef fat, so we’re finally experimenting with rendering to make zinc sunscreen, magnesium lotions and comfrey salves.
Any other ideas for how to use (besides cooking)?
Or any other tips?
Will probably share some of these as Christmas gifts for family.. will be nice to have that done half way through the year

Recently made my comfrey salve with tallow and loooove it. I will still do some with coconut oil but my personal preference will be with tallow
Have heard beef tallow makes a good chapstick too!
