I had one cappuccino this morning, and no more caffeine today.

Not getting a headache, which is nice.

It's just on 9pm now, and I'm feeling like a child who is awake past their bedtime.

I bet this sleep tonight is gonna be the best I have had in a very long time. Maybe even decades. Certainly even more chance of it being that good tomorrow night and the night after...

I'm now starting to try and enforce the thing of having a 1 hour delay between first opening my eyes to the light and first caffeine hitting my stomach, and I'm noticing I'm waking up with a lot more energy.

oh boy, it's gonna be pretty exciting to be like I was as a child again. I have this one really vivid memory of one time literally waking up and flying out the door of my bedroom in like 2 seconds flat.

That is serious adaptation capacity. That's what I want.

The best part is because I am now moving towards a full carnivore diet, I'm just gonna call it the "atlantean diet", I'm gonna be even better than I was as a child being poisoned by gluten and zein and casein.

Dammit, still not sleeping.

In the past, I always reset a sliding daytime by staying awake.

I think this is something to do with cortisol, which is supposed to peak around now, ~3am. I did only one coffee yesterday, but despite that here I am.

Soo, there's really nothing else for it. Boil the jug and insert dried toasted bean soup into hot water and sip.
