If you did not have any lightning channels open then theres no harm just taking the seed from the settings going to a wallet like blue wallet and recovering the funds there.

If you do this with lightning channels open then you'll have to wait up to 2 weeks to recover the funds as the HTLCs close the channels and funds return to you.
