I got nominated to cook the prime rib for Christmas dinner. Since I have never done one before, I had to run the smoker and do a test run. Turned out delicious! #grownostr #foodstr.

Absolutely. If you're going for a charcoal it's one if the best and you can find them used fairly easily. They also have a 14.5" and a 22".
