Hard disagree.

I get sick the least in my family because I am paranoid about germs. Wash my hands 20 times a day. But also just pay attention to everything you touch and everything that touches your food.

I have avoided many illnesses that everyone else caught. Many such cases.

Exercise, diet, and sleep are also key. Fit body == fit immune system.

A key concept I picked up from the COVID era is viral load. Learn about it and incorporate it into your defensive strategy. A lot of people get a little cough and think "Well I'm already infected now, might as well just give up." This is bad and makes you sicker. Don't think like that.

I get least sick and I don't care about germs. My immune system is trained on common daily exposure, so I don't get sick easily.

Also, I'm not willing to stress and sacrifice my time. Being mindful about germs and washing hands often takes away energy that can be better invested elsewhere.
