Today I had the pleasure of meeting a young person who is an interaction designer which is someone who designs the interactions between people and products. In other words she designs how we are introduced to products and our experience in the purchase process.

You need to be a highly skilled communicator to be able to create an engaging experience in this filed.

It was a wonderful experience to be able to highlight key communication skills to this young person and get thanked for all the insights that matches what she learned in her master’s degree.
