We have improved the hashtag selection in site settings, you can now type any hashtags, not just select from the dropdown.

You can also edit the name of your website as it appears when added to homescreen with App name setting.

Also, link previews should look better on Twitter now.

I have a title and description set, but it doesn’t show up on the website.

This depends on a theme, some of them don't show it. It's still used in homepage title and description when shared on social and when search engines crawl it etc.
