Sure, but please actually explain how your position is related to freedom. Some sort of central authority forcing everyone to adopt the same labor compensation package doesn't sound super free to me.

What is a slave? One who is made to work for another under conditions not of his own choosing. And yet you want to impose exactly this on employers - you want to make them provide you with a benefit (paid maternity leave) by threat of force.
No, holding slaves is committing a moral injustice. It has nothing to do with freedom or decentralisation.
