I would rather convert fiat on my own.

Why trust a company to pay you correctly in BTC?

Why expose yourself to their stupidity & risk.

Earn fiat, convert it immediately on your own & move to cold.

Am I missing something? I can see companies playing with fees & other things that favor them & not you.
