I'm curious to know from some "libertarians" (aka minarchists) what degree of state aggression is acceptable for them

Real libertarians are anarchists, not minarchists. Being a libertarian means adhering to the nonaggresion principle. You can't be a minarchist without violating the nonaggresion principle.
