Curious about pricing:
I buy from a local rancher/processor at $5.25 hoof weight and net about 450 lbs out the door.
Excellent quality for "choice"
Does the pricing sound correct?
Wish I could be more help but this is my first full year with cows and have not harvested any yet so I am not sure
