My wife and I are both Varsho fans but keep coming back to this not being the same team as it was before he was hurt. 2 for 12 with a HR, a 2B and 7 Ks in a three game series doesn’t play right now. We have Barger flirting with a 900 OPS from the left side and Straw basically does everything that is asked of him at the plate in terms of sacrificing his own number for the betterment of the team.

All that is to say: perhaps Varsho is part of something that fetches the incoming Kwan and Cade Smith pairing we need😉
