Made our first batch yesterday, with beans.
I acknowledge and respect our differences 😂 do y'all add bacon? can we find some common ground?

Peppers, oinions, beans, tomatoes, ground beef, seasonings. Secret ingredient of instant mashed potatoes to thicken it up if it's too loose.
All the same, except no beans, add bacon 🤝 mashed taters is interesting and clever, but I usually make this while I am in keto

I read this in the Edna Mode from Incredibles "no capes" voice 😂.
I was having a conversation about chili with a friend and he looked at me like I was crazy (he's also TX people) when I said no beans. Our difference was that I always had chili over Fritos before I even knew a Frito pie was a thing and later rice and for him it was more of a stand alone soup. I prefer no beans in my chili.
I’m making one with beans later today.
