My temporary rolling ground mount solar rack is on hold.

More parts coming in this next week so I can have a 0-60 degree adjustment. I don’t like the static angle and rigid mount is not the end goal here.

I’m going to add an actuator when on the bus roof, but testing the ideas in my backyard this summer first.
