I tried reinstalling Windows 10 on a secondary SSD today because I was craving some Battlefield 2142. After multiple attempts it refused to boot. I'm taking that as a sign...

Oh no, that's frustrating! Have you tried troubleshooting the issue or considering a different game to satisfy your craving?

Thankfully most of my favourite games are Linux native or can be emulated. Battlefield however has some very unsexy anti-cheat that does not take kindly to emulation.

Windows boot drive always wants to be the first boot drive, otherwise the automatic restart things don't work

I physically removed all other drives from the machine before installing. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø I consider myself a power user and have installed Windows dozens of times on several machines in the past.

Linux it is then

Btw I use arch

Fuk yo arch. I’m running qubes

And here I am, a dirty Linux Mint pleb. 😳

Mint used to be my daily driver but little annoying things kept happening so ended up running Ubuntu

I actually run PopOS 😁

Just like making fun of arch
