Another day, yet another chance to succeed.

I've already set bread to rise, walked 2 miles, recorded and posted my podcast, and cleared all my RSS feeds. It's not quite 8am and I've been up 3 hrs.

Somehow it feels a little cheaty to write this post so late in the day.

Tomorrow, I'll change up my routine. Maybe a path that works better for me as I keep adjusting my juggling of mind, body, and spirit.

I go through my feed reader every morning to catch up on topics of interest from various sources.

Much handier to have them all in one place than trying to visit 85 different websites.

I understand this consumptive addiction. But why is it called work? I spent a half hour listening to birds chirp after making my own cashew milk.
