I cannot complain! β€οΈ
I actually got some sleep last night. I'm normally a pretty severe insomniac, but the last few days my brain has had mercy on me. Feels good!

Have you tried direct sunlight via sun rise and sunsets? With no sun glasses or sun block. A good way to reset your circadian rhythm.
I have, and it does indeed help. Activity level is a big part of it too. I have a desk job, but I find I sleep better when I've done work in the shop for 8 hours (naturally π).
Of late, I have found a small dose of melatonin has been *extremely* helpful. Don't know if it is because I have been going through some above average stress, or just getting older, but topping up the melatonin tank has been a recent godsend. I've slept the last three or four nights since I started it like a baby - and without some of the more pharmaceutical aides I have previously used.
Thatβs good to hear. Exercise, healthy diet, natural sunlight exposure, reduced indoor activity (hard, I know), and reduced stress can help too.
If that fails, 13 mile mountain hike s will do it every time. ππ€£ππ€£
