Yeah, canceled my gym membership. Lugging the heavy backpack 8 km is my workout.

That's only a couple times per week. Otherwise, it's only 2 km because I can take the bus most of the way.
It’s called rucking for those who do it for sport. 😁
I hike for sport, too, but without the laptop.
