Yes, when it turns into a chant that was kinda sus but I'm assuming that German people are using it because they know it's being filmed and know an English speaking audience will see it.

Think of how many times they've scroll by videos of American or other English speakers chanting shame on you at the police, even without understanding English the context is enough for anyone to understand what it means, and most Germans would know a decent amount of English anyway I assume.
