That's right. In order for the GPT-3 model to interpret the raw network packets, the user running the Noster hex data tunnel must have access to the real network environment. Additionally, as the Tor and Bitcoin code is not valid in this simulated network environment, the user will need to generate self-defined packets as defined in the relevant RFCs.
