i'm glad to finally have taken the plunge on nostr. even mastodon made me feel uncomfortable in some ways, like i didn't own my own digital space [and no self-hosting would not fix that], bluesky is even worse. this is the first time in a long time that i've felt that libre freedom we all know about. carrying a phone with graphene os around does not feel like freedom, having a signal account does not feel like freedom; the problem with these softwares is that they are on the most privacy intrusive piece of technology ever invented. nostr is great software and an even greater community. #nostr #freedom #libre
