I've never been hurt by someone having a pronoun in their bio. I'm literally in meetings every day with 1/3 of the people in there that have them beside their name in a Zoom or Teams meeting. It's never bothered me. I just don't care what someone wants to do with their name. There's much more important things to dwell on in this world.
