You're describing a technique that Eckart Tolle calls, "die before you die".
He would say that time is not scarce because it doesn't exist. It's an abstract concept that, as bitcoiners, we are perfectly suited to grasp.
The past is a cancelled cheque, the present is a promissory note.
The present moment is all that we have.
And all that anyone will ever have. Everything that has ever happened, happened in the now.
Spend that wisely.
