How do you feel giving care for Sats is? Could it work in a European or American nation? Do you feel unincumbered in ES vs. Somewhere with more regulations and insurances?

It’s an obvious choice in ES since it is legal tender but I accepted bitcoin as payment at my practice in the US as well. No one ever paid for our services in bitcoin though.
It could work anywhere and I would love for healthcare providers to go back to fee for service. Insurance increases prices and misaligns incentives.
