While many of us can easily discuss the revolutionary ideas behind #Bitcoin and #nostr —such as financial sovereignty, privacy, and decentralization—turning those thoughts into concrete actions can be a challenge.

The real difficulty lies in not just understanding these concepts but actively engaging with them—whether that means investing, building, or advocating for their adoption.

It’s one thing to recognize the importance of these technologies; it’s another to embody that understanding through our actions. As we navigate this exciting yet complex landscape, let’s commit to aligning our actions with our beliefs.

A part of me feels that ideas like #Bitcoin and #nostr are unstoppable on their own. As financial repression happens, people naturally gravitate towards hard money and will eventually find and use Bitcoin. Of course, not everyone will get it during their first eye-opening contact with money debasement, but as the rounds of financial repression continue more and more people get on board. The only way it could be stopped would be for fiat money to become integral which will not happen (if it did we wouldn’t need Bitcoin to begin with). Same goes for nostr and speech repression.

I agree with that assessment. I feel that the more they squeeze the more people will seek exits.

We must never become complacent though about its inevitability. They will try to come for what we are building. It is a threat to their control. And as such we will become targets.

It our responsibility, as early adopters, to be over here ensuring decentralization, getting ready for the masses, working out the bugs, building out the system so that when the masses realize the utility and necessity of these systems they're ready.
