Between 60% and 90% of ip cameras can easily be hacked. I never thought they were secure but damn.

To be fair, John McAfee said a lot of things...
Sometimes he was right, though.
Very insecure systems have to be considered as public goods.
So seems whoever walks into to view of one of these cameras leaks their privacy to whoever has access to them.
