I’m looking for advice. Long story short, I’m a typical natural food appreciating homesteader that tries to stay away from man made additives. I finally quit smoking cigarettes after 38 years by using nicotine replacement, but the pouches/mints are full of other garbage. I want to grow my own tobacco for chew to ensure the purity of what I’m consuming. I live in USDA zone 7A, East Tennessee, at 700 ft elevation. What would you grow in this situation?

Anything you want. That zone can support any variety well. I suggest checking out Victory Seed Company to choose a variety you’re interested in.
