I was working outside in near 40*C (in the shade, I was not in the shade) doing maintenance on my new (to me) vehicle. I didn't think it would treasure as long as it did, so I had refused the offer of putting up a pop-up pavilion, so... I baked. I sweated a lot, as a result.
I am currently usually only eating once a day. I'm much too hot and need more water and salt before I contemplate any food. It will be some time before I am hungry, but when I am, I have a really good porterhouse steak to grill. (I don't want to heat up my kitchen!)
