Mantra: I love my life. My life is awesome ๐Ÿ‘€

I was a shell of a human. I was empty. I felt like nothing. I was a victim. I called myself a dead man walking ๐Ÿ’”

I love my life, my life is awesome. I kept saying it.

Back then, I was leaving a toxic, drug fuelled, psychologically draining relationship with my two littles. I was deeply unhappy with my life. I thought no one could ever love me especially as a solo mum with two children. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I was brave and I didn't want to be miserable and bitter. My psychologist told me to learn about the Law of attraction. โœจ

So I went to the library and brought home two books:

The Art of Happiness by HH The Dalai Lama

The Key to Living the Law of Attraction by Jack Canfield

I began to search for three things each day to be grateful for. I used to find it hard sometimes. I was heart broken and sad, but I always found three things each day ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

I walked around the house with my

mantra. I would literally roll my eyes as I said it ๐Ÿ™„ Let me say, I didn't believe saying these words would make a difference. I said it on repeat all day long for weeks and then months. One day, maybe two or three months in, I woke up and thought to myself, "Wow, it worked. I do love my life, my life IS awesome"

I wrote my first 101 goals that year. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Now my mantra is, "I love my life, my life is awesome. How does it get better than this?!" ๐Ÿ’–

And you know what? Life always shows me there is always a next step, a new level. More fun, happiness and opportunity is always on the way if you're open to it ๐Ÿงก

Beautiful. We indeed create our own reality. โœŒ๏ธ

Agreed. I had no idea how powerful words could be. Since then my life changed a lot ๐Ÿ˜
