Yeah actually I think about bananas 🍌 often 😂 I can’t say everyday, but often.
Sometimes it’s, I need to eat a banana so I don’t get a cramp in my foot after a pilates class.
And other times it’s like wow crazy to think that we are eating this “healthy food” that’s not even as healthy as it used to be when it was natural and with seeds.
