We brought it up to a friend high in Utah politics, and they looked into it, and sure enough Utah funds some of it.
They're going to try and defund it as much as possible, but who knows. There's so much stuff to clean out, stop and block. Which fires need to be put out first?
It doesn't matter where you live - your tax dollars are going toward aluminum being sprayed in the skies "to stop global warming".
One state at a time is going to turn against the tide, but it's going to be a long, hard battle.
My college professor taught on this 15+ years ago. He called it cloud seeding. Apparently there were lawsuits with Colorado for stealing rain water.. he said nothing at the time about the harms of chemtrails.
