Another day and another 500 lines of code removed from #noStrudel

This time I removed all accounts and the multi-account service and replaced it with https://hzrd149.github.io/applesauce/accounts/accounts.html

This probably doesn't mean anything to you guys, but basically the core of noStrudel is getting simpler. which means less bugs 😁
